Rotated Binary Neural Networks in AMC
In Automatic Modulation Classification (
AMC), the receiver is faced with the task of classifying an incoming IQ sample into its target modulation class without the help of extra information. Implementing this with the help of Neural Networks can be complex for the resource-constrained edge network. Hence we explore the possibility of using efficient architecture design such as RBNN while still maintaining high performance in classification.
In recent times the concept of Integrated Space Terrestrial Network (ISTN) has gained immense popularity due to its potential to meet the demands of next-generation wireless standards. However, due to fast-moving aircraft and mmWave operation
, the resulting channel seems to be rapidly fluctuating high-Doppler. The challenge here is to develop beamforming schemes that perform well even if there is a slight change in either the altitude of the aircraft or the position of the user.
